Marital Settlement Agreements generally begin at $2,000. More complex matters involving businesses, multiple properties, custody disputes, or support calculations may require additional fees.

The Firm's role is limited to preparing the Marital Settlement Agreement itself and does not include filing or presenting any documents to the court. Clients needing court representation should retain separate litigation counsel. Legal plan clients should contact our office directly to verify coverage before beginning the process.
