This agreement may be incorporated into a court filing for divorce or legal separation by the client or the client's separate litigation counsel. The Firm's role is limited to preparing the Marital Settlement Agreement itself and does not include filing or presenting any documents to the court. Clients needing court representation should retain separate litigation counsel. Legal plan clients should contact our office directly to verify coverage before beginning the process.
If you and your spouse have reached an agreement and there are no contested issues, our office may be able to represent you in an uncontested divorce proceeding. Please contact our office to discuss eligibility after your Marital Settlement Agreement has been signed.
