We help individuals and couples prepare prenuptial agreements that clearly outline how assets, debts, and property will be handled before marriage. Our prenup services include an initial review of your goals, financial disclosure worksheets, drafting of the agreement, one round of revisions, and coordination regarding signatures and execution requirements.

Prenuptial Agreements generally begin at $1,500. More complex matters involving businesses, multiple properties, significant assets, inheritance planning, or extensive negotiations may require additional fees.

2️⃣ Submit Retainer Payment
3️⃣ Complete the Prenuptial Agreement Intake Questionnaire
Once these steps are completed, our office will begin preparing your documents.
If you have already signed the agreement and submitted payment, click below and our office will send the intake questionnaire.
You will first review and sign the estate planning agreement and then be directed to submit payment.
